4. What documents are required when applying for a DQC?
a valid identity document (a passport of a foreign national or an equivalent travel document intended for travel to a foreign country and recognised in the Republic of Lithuania)
a driving licence issued in a foreign country
an international driving permit if the national driving licence does not comply with the Geneva or Vienna Conventions
additionally, a photograph and a specimen signature will be required at the Regitra unit
Before ordering a driver qualification card, the driver must undergo professional training in Lithuania and obtain a corresponding certificate. Regitra receives data on completed training automatically, so there is no need to provide training documents separately
