Reporting corruption
Preventing corruption involves identifying and eliminating the causes and conditions of corruption. This is achieved by establishing and implementing appropriate measures, as well as influencing individuals to deter them from committing corrupt offences.
We do not tolerate any manifestations of corruption in our activities and expect every employee to serve the public interest honestly, performing their duties properly and transparently. To prevent corruption, we ask the company’s customers and the public to report any illegal actions by Regitra employees that may be corrupt.
To help us assess information about possible cases of corruption competently, please describe the alleged violation in as much detail as possible, including the place and time of the incident, and any information you have about the perpetrator and the nature of the violation.
You can report it by:
– calling the company’s hotline on +370 5 215 2511;
– sending an email to pranesk@regitra.lt;
– filling out the report form.
You can also report cases of corruption to the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania.
Please note that this is not an emergency or rapid response hotline. If you need help or wish to report a possible crime requiring immediate attention, please call the general emergency number (112) or use other emergency services.
Reports received from you will be investigated by the company’s Corruption Prevention (Compliance) Officer, and by the company’s Investigation Committee for Breaches of Work Duties if necessary. Any personal data you provide will be processed solely for the purpose of investigating reports and will be kept confidential in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Everyone has the right to submit information anonymously, i.e. without providing their name or contact details. However, if you provide your contact details and indicate that you wish to be kept informed, we will be able to contact you to clarify the circumstances of the incident, and to inform you of the investigation’s outcome and any decisions made.
Please note that under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, it is illegal to defame or falsely accuse another person of committing a crime. Anyone who knowingly provides false information or discloses a state or official secret or professional secret shall be liable in accordance with the procedure established by law.
Gift policy
The gift policy of the joint-stock company Regitra is implemented in accordance with the Anti-Corruption Rules.
The company does not accept any gifts other than those provided in accordance with the Law on the Coordination of Public and Private Interests of the Republic of Lithuania. Gifts received by employees are registered and evaluated.
The company seeks to express gratitude for its employees’ professional work and service in ways that are not related to gifts, as there are many ways to thank and appreciate an employee: a smile, a kind word, a nice letter, a thank you note or simply saying ‘thank you’.
If an employee wishes to receive a gift that does not comply with the Law on the Coordination of Public and Private Interests of the Republic of Lithuania, they must refuse and return it to the giver. Employees must report any cases of illegal remuneration to the Corruption Prevention (Compliance) Officer and their immediate supervisor.
