With customer convenience in mind, Regitra will be extending its working hours

As of 1 March 2015, Regitra will significantly extend its working hours at the Nemenčinė customer service subunit of its Vilnius branch. Clients will be welcome on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 to 16:30 (with a lunch break from 12:00 to 12:30), and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 15:15 (with a lunch break from 11:30 to 12:00). The subunit is currently only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Nemenčinė customer service subunit provides all services related to vehicle registration and the issuance of registration plates. Customers can also purchase mandatory third-party liability insurance for road vehicles at the subunit, or order data from the Lithuanian Registers of Road Vehicles and/or Drivers of Road Vehicles which Regitra manages. A subdivision of Tuvlita, which provides vehicle technical inspection services, is located on the same premises.

The Regitra customer service division in Nemenčinė, an eldership of the district of Vilnius, was opened in September 2013, in response to the needs of the residents of the northern and eastern parts of the city of Vilnius as well of the Vilnius district. Last year, more than 4,000 customers were served for the registration of vehicles at the Nemenčinė customer service subunit, while over 829,000 customers were served throughout all of Regitra’s subdivisions.

Regitra has customer service subdivisions not only in all of the country’s major cities, but in many of the regional centres as well. Vehicle registration services are also available online.
